The Company may charge interest of any accounts not settled. Interest will be charged following the next day the final account was due.

It is important to note that we are cashless premises, and we cannot and do not store cash on site. All payments need to be made via bank transfer, which will be provided on invoicing.
Many clients wish to have a cash donation box at the funeral to be later donated to a charity in memory of their loved one.
This is something we can do and organise. You will need to sign and nominate a trusted family or funeral party member to receive this donation if you do not want to receive this on the day after the service. The funeral director will not be able to return with any donations to the premises.
Where possible we encourage our client to collect the ashes directly from the crematorium or to nominate a member of the family to collect on their behalf. This will need to be agreed & signed for at the arrangement's appointment by both the client and family member.
If the client cannot and does not have someone available to nominate, we can collect them on your behalf, there will then need to be an arranged appointment for the ashes to be delivered and signed by the client on the same day.
If we are unable to deliver the ashes on the same day, these will be returned to our premises.
We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to contact the client/NOK for the ashes to be collected, however if there is no response under s54 (6) the Funeral director will return them to the crematorium where under s55 this will become the crematoriums onus to ascertain the applicants wishes and failing that retain or dispose of them.
